I’ve always believed that a dog is the best method of intruder detection. My dog Candy (all 14lbs of "ferocious" rat terrier) barks if so much as an errant robin lands on the lawn. Sure, it can be annoying when the interloper is only a neighbor walking her dog in front of the house, but the security of knowing someone is always "on guard" is comforting. Not everyone, though, has a dog, and love her as I do, I can’t stuff her in the luggage when going on the road or on vacation. But we do bring our Door Stop Alarm.

Combining the simple effectiveness of a blocking door stop with the ear shattering audible alarm guaranteed to rouse any sleeper and intimidate any would-be intruder, our Door Stop Alarm is the easy to use and cost-effective security solution.

Use it to block a door from being opened. if anyone tries to open the door, this alarm will sound. There is also a movement sensor with adjustable sensitivity to activate the alarm if tampered with. An on/off switch allows the alarm to be turned off so that it doesn’t go off in your luggage. Uses one 9-volt battery (not included).
