Ordering:
We try to keep things simple, so all orders must be placed through our website or by calling us directly at 781-829-1180. We do not provide order forms in our catalogs or on our website to be filled out and mailed, since that requires lots of handling and hand data entry, and frankly, past experience with such forms has shown us that many people have lousy penmanship and shaky math skills when adding. Our website is safe, secure and is very smart when it comes to handling orders expertly and error free. We encourage you to use web ordering whenever possible.

If you do wish to call us directly to place an order, you'll get a pleasant and helpful actual person that answers - not a dreaded "for customer service, press…." voicemail system. Won't that be nice for a change - Personal Service!

Payment Methods:
Acceptable forms of payment for your product purchases include credit card, Period. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, Western Union, or foreign money orders.

Products paid for with credit cards will be immediately released for fulfillment upon approval.

To assure your security and protection we do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Please do not send cash. We will not be held responsible for cash payments that don't arrive or are lost.

Order Fulfillment:
Your order will usually ship within two to three business days of your completed payment.

Our inventory resides both at our Massachusetts headquarters and in warehouses located around the country. Your order will ship from available stock that is nearest to the final destination.

Shipping:
Standard shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, at our discretion. Sorry, no COD's. Expedited or alternate shipping may be optionally selected for an additional charge. Foreign shipments may incur additional charges. Shipping to street addresses only. No PO boxes, APO’s allowed.

Order Status:
At point of sale you'll receive an email detailing your purchase as well as the payment summary.

If needed, a second email will be sent with the projected shipment date, or if any problems are encountered. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable or be discontinued. We will work to resolve all such issues.

When your package ships you'll receive another email containing shipment details with any tracking numbers assigned to the shipment.

Guarantees, Warranties, and Returns:
We at Boomer Gear want our customers to be happy. Happy customers are repeat customers. There are lots of websites out there and we want your experience with Boomer Gear to be the best one you have.

But just so we're clear…

  • Packing slip/receipts that come included in your shipment will provide proof of purchase.
  • Most new products carry manufacture's warranties that vary from product to product. Such information will be included with the product.
  • Payment of return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. No COD's will be accepted.
  • Returns require an RMA number to assure proper handling. Please contact us via web or phone for an RMA number before returning any products.
  • All of our products carry our CSW - Customer Satisfaction Warranty; if within ten days of receiving your product you are not satisfied, contact Boomer Gear for return information. Re-stocking fees may apply.
